Aaron Cade

I like to spend as much time as possible with my family. I’ve been married since 2005 to my best friend Heidi. In 2008 my first little girl, Kinzie, was born. Then in 2010 a second little girl named Ryleigh joined our family.

Since 1998, I have been helping families and small to medium sized companies put together sound long-term financial plans. I specialize in two areas. The first area is 401k and 403b retirement plans and the second is helping individuals with rollovers from these plans. About half of my career was spent working in a bank setting. In 2011, I decided to open my own independent practice so that I would have more flexibility in offering my services to my clients as well as more control over my business.

In the 401k arena I've managed small start-up plans and plans that have nearly $30,000,000. My individual clients range from smaller education accounts that can be started with as little $25 per month to my larger clients who I help invest more than $2,000,000. I'm a small town, family guy with investment experience that spans over 24 years helping clients large and small.

Rod Engh
I have been a life-long resident of the area and have been labeled as some who "knows everyone around here".  My wife Shelley and I live in rural Westby.  Shelley is a kindergarten teacher in the Westby District.  Together we have 4 grown children, and 4 grandchildren whom we love spending time with.

Most of my career has been in local county government.  I have enjoyed working with local farmers and landowners as a Project Manager planning and implementing conservation and water quality improvement projects, and I have also worked managing our Vernon County Parks and Forest properties as the Count Parks Administrator.  This was a very enjoyable and rewarding part of my career and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity.

I have recently changed careers and am now a licensed financial advisor and life insurance agent with Cade Financial Services.  To me, this is not unlike my previous experiences in that I am able to work with individuals and families to find sensible solutions for the purpose of improving quality of life.  I am excited to be able to help young people just beginning their careers, to those looking forward to their retirement years, and everyone in-between.  While each type of client presents unique opportunities and challenges, the ultimate goal remains the same  -  to promote sound financial behaviors designed to give our clients the best chance of achieving a sound financial position in their lives.

I feel truly blessed to be learning about finance from Aaron Cade.  While there is no question his knowledge and experience are impressive, I believe Aaron's greatest asset is how down to earth he is and how he treats every client with the same level of enthusiasm and respect, regardless of the size of their account.  It does not matter to him, he just truly enjoys helping people and it shows every day.

I am the Administrative Assistant at Cade Financial Services.  I truly love my work and I feel very fortunate to be able to work with Aaron and Rod!  They both have genuine personalities and it is clear they always have our clients' best interest in mind.

I am a lifelong resident of rural Viroqua.  My husband Lloyd and I live just outside of Viroqua on a small farm.  We have three children, Shana, Allison and Dalton.  Lloyd is the agriculture teacher at Viroqua High School.  Our family also owns and operates a small greenhouse business.
